生化机理

生物活性

Measured in a serum-free cell proliferation assay using MCF7 human breast cancer cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.3-1.5 ng/mL. The specific activity of recombinant human IGF-I/IGF-1 is >1000 IU/mg, which is calibrated against the human IGF-I/IGF-1/IGF-1 WHO International Standard (NIBSC code: 91/554).
