生物活性

Measured in a cell proliferation assay using M‑NFS‑60 mouse myelogenous leukemia lymphoblast cells. The ED50 for this effect is 0.5-1.5 ng/mL.The specific activity of Recombinant Human M-CSF is >6.0 x 10^7 IU/mg, which is calibrated against the human M-CSF WHO International Standard (NIBSC code: 89/512).
