生化机理

生物活性

Measured in anti-viral assays using HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cells infected with encephalomyocarditis (EMC) virus. The ED50 for this effect is 0.15-0.75 ng/mL. The specific activity of recombinant human IFN-gamma is >2.0 x 10^7 IU/mg, which is calibrated against the human IFN-gamma Standard (NIBSC code:87/586).
