趋化因子（C-X-C 矩阵）配体 9（CXCL9），又称γ 干扰素诱导的单克因（MIG），是一种属于 CXC 趋化因子家族的小细胞因子。这种趋化因子的功能尚未明确界定，但它被认为参与了 T 细胞的贩运。CXCL9/MIG 是趋化因子受体 CXCR3 的三种配体之一，CXCR3 是一种 G 蛋白偶联受体，主要存在于 T 细胞中。CXCL9/MIG 与 CXCL10 和 CXCL11 结合可激活 CXCR3。CXCL9 是一种细胞因子，可影响参与免疫和炎症反应的细胞的生长、运动或活化状态。据观察，在所有黑色素瘤转移灶中，肿瘤内皮细胞都会分泌高水平的 CXCL9，在大多数黑色素瘤转移灶中，肿瘤内皮细胞也会分泌 CXCL10。实验数据代表了一种新的机制，即黑色素瘤转移灶中的肿瘤细胞可能利用表达趋化因子的内皮细胞离开肿瘤，并最终在不同部位形成额外的转移灶。实验结果还表明，CXCL9/MIG在CD4+ T淋巴细胞募集和CAV发展过程中发挥着重要作用，MOMA-2+巨噬细胞是CXCL9/MIG的主要受体来源，受体CD4淋巴细胞是该模型中CXCL9/MIG持续产生和CAV发展的必要条件。中和趋化因子CXCL9/MIG可能具有治疗心脏移植后慢性排斥反应的潜力。
