生化机理

众所周知，成纤维细胞生长因子（FGF）信号在章鱼发育过程中中胚层形成和模式化的许多方面都是必需的，并与调节血液和骨骼肌系规范所需的基因有关。成纤维细胞生长因子4（FGF4）信号通过磷酸化下游分子，如丝裂原活化蛋白激酶/细胞外信号相关激酶（MEK）和细胞外信号相关激酶1/2（ERK1/2），诱导胚胎干细胞（ESC）分化。成纤维细胞生长因子4（FGF-4）不仅能增加骨髓间充质干细胞（BMSCs）的增殖，还能在体外将骨髓间充质干细胞诱导成肝样细胞。FGF4转导的骨髓间充质干细胞可通过移植微环境促进肝脏再生。因此，FGF4-bFGF BMSCs 能提高移植细胞的存活率，减轻心肌纤维化，促进心肌血管生成，改善心脏功能。
