生化机理

白细胞介素-2 受体（IL-2R）又称高亲和力 IL-2 受体亚基 beta、IL-2 受体亚基 beta 和 IL-2RB，参与 T 细胞介导的免疫反应。CD122/IL-2RB 结合白细胞介素 2 的能力有三种形式：低亲和力形式是 alpha 亚基的单体，不参与信号转导。中间亲和力形式由 alpha/beta 亚基异源二聚体组成，而高亲和力形式由 alpha/beta/gamma 亚基异源三聚体组成。CD122/IL-2RB的中亲和性和高亲和性形式都参与了受体介导的内吞和白细胞介素2的有丝分裂信号转导。CD122/IL-2RB的表达仅限于最早的B220+细胞（CD43+CD24-；前B细胞；A部分），这些细胞在没有任何基质细胞的情况下对IL-2增殖旺盛，但对IL-15则没有反应。这种受体的高亲和力形式在活化的 T 淋巴细胞、活化的 B 淋巴细胞和活化的巨噬细胞上表达。CD122/IL-2RB 在调节淋巴细胞的正常发育中发挥作用。

生物活性

Measured by its ability to inhibit Recombinant Human IL-15 (rp147404) dependent proliferation of MO7e human megakaryocytic leukemic cells. The ED50 for this effect is 4.71 μg/mL in the presence of 10 ng/mL IL-15.
