生化机理

视黄醇（又称维生素 A）在水溶液中不稳定、不溶解。然而，由于视黄醇与视黄醇结合蛋白 4（RBP4）（又称血浆视黄醇结合蛋白）紧密作用，视黄醇在血浆中变得相当稳定和易溶。RBP4 是脂联素超家族的原型成员，具有一个定义明确的空腔的β-管状结构。它从肝脏分泌，这一过程需要视黄醇的供应。RBP4 将视黄醇从肝脏输送到外周组织。在血浆中，RBP4-视黄醇复合物与转甲状腺素（TTR）（又称甲状腺素结合蛋白和前白蛋白）相互作用。视黄醇-RBP4-TTR 复合物可防止 RBP4 通过肾脏滤过而流失，并增加视黄醇-RBP4 复合物的稳定性。RBP4 缺陷会导致视黄醇结合蛋白缺乏症，从而影响夜视能力。

Immobilized Recombinant Human RBP4 Protein (rp181310) at 1.0 μg/mL can bind RBP4 Mouse mAb (Ab176167) with the EC50 of 73.4 ng/mL. 3. Immobilized Recombinant Human RBP4 Protein (rp181310) at 1.0 μg/mL can bind RBP4 Mouse mAb (Ab176165) with the EC50 of 61.7 ng/mL.
