生化机理

对人类单核细胞的活性较弱，并通过也能识别 MIP-1 alpha 的受体发挥作用。浓度为 100-1,000 nM 时，它可诱导细胞内 Ca2+ 变化和酶释放，但无趋化作用，对 T 淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞无活性。增强 CD34 髓样祖细胞的增殖。加工后的 HCC-1（9-74）是一种趋化因子，可吸引单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和 T 细胞，是 CCR1、CCR3 和 CCR5 的配体。翻译后：HCC-1(1-74)，但不包括 HCC-1(3-74) 和 HCC-1(4-74)，具有部分 O-糖基化；O-连接的聚糖由一个 Gal-GalNAc 二糖组成，并由两个 N-乙酰神经氨酸进一步修饰。
