生化机理

与 TNFRSF1A/TNFR1 和 TNFRSF1B/TNFBR 结合的细胞因子。它主要由巨噬细胞分泌，能诱导某些肿瘤细胞系的细胞死亡。在某些条件下，它能刺激细胞增殖并诱导细胞分化（相似）。通过抑制胰岛素诱导的 IRS1 酪氨酸磷酸化和胰岛素诱导的葡萄糖摄取，诱导脂肪细胞的胰岛素抵抗。诱导脂肪细胞中的 GKAP42 蛋白降解，这是 TNF 诱导的胰岛素抵抗的部分原因（相似）。与 IL1B 和 IL6 协同诱导血管内皮生长因子的产生，从而在血管生成中发挥作用（相似）。促进破骨细胞生成，从而介导骨吸收（相似）。 TNF 细胞内结构域 (ICD) 可诱导树突状细胞产生 IL12。
