生化机理

脂肪酸结合蛋白 3（FABP3，又称心脏型脂肪酸结合蛋白）是细胞内脂质结合蛋白家族的成员之一，可能是脂肪酸转运、细胞生长、细胞信号传导和基因转录过程中必不可少的物质。此前，FABP3 与细胞凋亡相关的先天性心脏畸形有关。敲除 FABP3 对心脏发育和线粒体功能有明显的毒性作用，这可能是敲除 FABP3 诱导细胞凋亡的原因。FABP3是先天性心脏缺陷病因的候选基因。过表达 FABP3 可通过细胞周期的负调控和细胞生长因子的下调抑制细胞的生长和增殖，但可提高细胞在缺氧或缺血条件下的存活率。众所周知，FABPs 是将脂肪酸和其他亲脂物质从细胞质运输到细胞核的载体蛋白，在细胞核中，这些脂质被释放给一组核受体，如过氧化物酶体增殖激活受体（PPARs）。
