LAIR-2（白细胞相关 Ig 样受体-2；CD306）是一种 131 个氨基酸（aa）的分泌型蛋白质，含有一个 Ig 样 C2 型结构域，是 Ig 超家族的成员。与 LAIR-1（其跨膜对应物）相比，它在信号序列和细胞外结构域上有 83% 的氨基酸相同度；虽然一个是分泌型，一个是膜结合型，但这两种 LAIR 蛋白被认为来自一个共同的基因祖先，而且似乎具有相似的粘附特性。这表明 LAIR-2 可能与 LAIR-1 竞争配体结合。LAIR-2 的另一种 114 aa 的剪接形式在 C 端截短，但保留了整个 Ig 结构域。这些剪接形式的表达情况以及在其他物种中是否存在同源物尚未见报道。
