When transferring high molecular weight proteins, it is recommended to extend the transfer time or increase the transfer voltage. If the effect is not good, it is recommended to adjust the transfer solution formula, reduce the amount of methanol used, and add a small amount of SDS (final concentration not exceeding 0.04%). 3. Pre stained proteins have different apparent molecular weights in different buffer systems. If non pre stained proteins are calibrated in advance in this buffer system, the protein molecular weight can be roughly determined.
