盐酸克林霉素酶（中和剂）是采用重组基因的水溶性蛋白，呈深褐色液体。根据盐酸克林霉素的化学结构而构建的重组基因蛋白。其基因片断的活性中心，可破坏盐酸克林霉素的化学结构式，使开环/断链后失去该药物的抗菌性。 做抗生素的无菌检查时，应用手工注射器吸取无菌水注入药物的西林瓶中，摇匀，溶解，再吸出。加入至0.9%氯化钠的500ml溶液中，摇匀，不可用培养器上的针头溶解，输入，避免高浓度的溶液 通过滤膜，造成难以冲洗彻底。 这里，再次强调：做抗生素的无菌检查时，一定要手工注射器注入无菌水溶解样品，再把溶解的样品转移至0.9%氯化钠的500ml溶液中摇匀，使得样品不会造成局部浓度过高，通过滤膜时难以冲洗彻底的情况。 无菌检验时，取酶3ml加入无菌水2ml，摇匀，使成盐酸克林霉素酶（中和剂）的稀释液，取2ml酶的稀释液放入1500ml的冲洗液摇匀。待冲洗液冲洗培养器的滤膜完成后，泵尽。用手工 注射器在三个培养器的呼吸口刺入，各加1ml的稀释酶，尽量让酶 平铺在滤膜整个面，静止10分钟，使高浓度的酶与培养器滤膜充分接触，以破坏（中和、灭活）滤膜上残留的盐酸克林霉素药物，然后再泵入相应的培养基，摇匀。阳性对照管加入1ml的大肠杆菌（100CFU/ml）。 在冲洗液加2ml的盐酸克林霉素酶（中和剂）的稀释液，可以 去除滤膜内部残留的盐酸克林霉素的少量药物抗菌性。 在三个培养器加1ml的盐酸克林霉素酶（中和剂）的稀释液， 可以去除培养器内部壁上和滤膜表面残留盐酸克林霉素的少量药物抗菌性。 每天上午、下午各对阳性对照管轻轻摇匀一次 客户可根据上述做方法学验证，也可根据实际操作情况做验证。 Clindamycin hydrochloride (neutralizer) is a water-soluble protein using a recombinant gene and is a dark brown liquid.
