生化机理

Promotes endocytosis, possesses opsonic properties and influences the mineral phase of bone. Shows affinity for calcium and barium ions. Post-translational: Phosphorylation sites are present in the extracelllular medium.

生物活性

Measured in a cell proliferation assay using B16-F1 cells. Human Fetuin A stimulates adhesion of B16-F1 cells. The ED50 for this effect is 50-200 μg/mL.
