胰激肽原酶能使激肽原降解成激肽，从而起扩张血管，改善微循环，调整血压等作用；同时还可以作为活化因子，激活纤溶酶原，提高纤溶系统和胶原水解酶活性，起到防血凝，抗血栓形成和防止基底膜增厚等重要生理作用。产品特性胰激肽原酶是一种蛋白水解酶类药物，目前主要从猪的胰腺中提取而得,主要由 4 种糖和 18 种氨基酸所组成，是人体组织和哺乳动物中的一种激肽释放酶，是生物体内激肽释放酶-激肽系统的重要成员，在体内以无活性的前体一激肽释放酶原形式存在，能使激肽原降解成激肽发挥药理作用。本品易溶于水，不溶于乙醚；对热、酸，碱、氧化剂均不稳定。产品信息 Items 检测项目

生化机理

Glandular kallikreins cleave Met-Lys and Arg-Ser bonds in kininogen to release Lys-bradykinin.

生物活性

比活力: ≥ 300 单位/毫克蛋白。单位定义：在 25℃、pH 8.0 的条件下，每分钟水解底物（如 N-苯甲酰-L-精氨酸乙酯，BAEE）产生 1 μmol 对硝基苯胺所需的酶量。
