酪氨酸酶(Tyrosinase) 来源于巨大芽孢杆菌（Bacillus megaterium），是 1 种结构复杂的含多亚基的含铜氧化酶，广泛存在于微生物、动植物和人体中，具有单酚酶和双酚活性，能催化氧化单酚和双酚成为苯醌。酪氨酸酶是一种能调控黑色素生成的限速酶，参与黑色素合成的两个反应，催化生成由酪氨酸氧化而来的黑色素以及其它色素，酪氨酸酶具有多种生物学功能，在医药、美容、食品和环保等领域的应用。主要应用酪氨酸酶抑制的体外筛选试验；蛋白质的体外修饰；催化单酚类化合物与芳香胺的氧化-迈克尔加成反应；去除羧基保护基团。最适条件及使用稳定性储存缓冲液：20 mmol/L Tris-HCl (pH8.0), 20 mmol/L NaCl, 50%(v/v)甘油。最佳 PH：6.0～7.0 催化作用适宜温度：25℃

生物活性

≥25 U/μL，单位定义：取含有 400µl Buffer（4 mmol/L L-Dopa，50 mmol/L Tirs-HCl pH7.8）和 100µl 酪氨酸酶，混合总体积为 500µl 后在恒温 37℃下用可见分光光度计测其在475nm下的光吸收值，一个酶单位定义为每分钟 0.01 个光吸收增长值。
