来自牛奶的酪蛋白是一种磷蛋白。酪蛋白有四种主要类型，占牛奶中总蛋白质的约80％：α-s1 酪蛋白、α-s2 酪蛋白、β-酪蛋白和κ-酪蛋白。酪蛋白被认为是牛奶中的主要保护成分。 β-来自酪蛋白牛乳，是免疫球蛋白E（IgE）结合表位，属于分泌性钙结合磷蛋白家族。它由209个氨基酸和五个磷酸基团组成。β-酪蛋白在C-末端具有球状疏水结构域，在N末端和脯氨酸残基具有高度溶剂化和带电荷的结构域。此规格含有98%以上β-酪蛋白酪蛋白。处理说明复溶后，等分并冷冻保存（-20℃）。储备溶液在-20°C下可稳定保存至多3个月。产品应用已用作蛋白水解测定中的蛋白底物。用于将聚丙烯酰胺凝胶嵌入β-酪蛋白酶谱中。作为生物活性肽，例如鸦片制剂、免疫刺激剂、抗细菌剂和肽酶抑制剂的产生剂。

生化机理

Casoparan acts as a macrophage activator, increasing the phagocytic activity of macrophages and peroxide release from macrophages. It also acts as a bradykinin-potentiating peptide. Casohypotensin acts as a bradykinin-potentiating peptide. Induces hypotension in rats. Acts as a strong competitive inhibitor of endo-oligopeptidase A. Antioxidant peptide has antioxidant activity.
