Endo S 全称内切糖苷酶 S ，基因来源酿脓链球菌（Streptococcus pyogenes），是一种高度特异性内切糖苷酶，可以从 IgG 上切除具有或没有核心岩藻糖基化的双天线复杂型 N-聚糖，本产品活性高，稳定性好，可以用于抗体糖基化修饰和分析。反应式使用方法 1、10µg 牛血纤维蛋白原加入 500 mM sodium phosphate（pH4.5）1µl 后，加入 Endo S，在 37℃下孵育反应混合物 1 小时。 2、用 SDS-PAGE 或质谱分析。【注】孵育时间或酶量需要根据实际情况进行优化。注意事项为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。本产品仅作科研用途！

生物活性

≥5000 U/mg，单位定义：10μl的反应体系中，37℃反应1小时从5μg人IgG中除去超过95%的碳水化合物所需要的酶量。
