Endo S2 全称内切糖苷酶 S2 ，基因来源于酿脓链球菌（Streptococcus pyogenes），是一种高度特异性的内切糖苷酶，可以从 IgG 上切除具有或没有核心岩藻糖基化的高甘露糖型、杂合型、双天线复杂型 N-聚糖，还可以将噁唑啉形式的 N-聚糖转移到经 Endo S2 水解后的有或者没有核心岩藻糖的抗体 N-糖基化位点。本产品活性高，稳定性好，可以用于抗体糖基化修饰和分析。反应式使用方法 1、用去离子水溶解 1-20 µg 的糖蛋白，加入1 µl 的 500 mM Tris-HCl（pH7.5），用去离子水定容到 10 µl； 2、加入1-2 µl 的 Endo S2，轻轻吹打混匀； 3、37℃孵育 60-120 min； 4、用于 SDS-PAGE 分析或质谱分析。【注】多数常见的生物缓冲液适用，比如 Tris 或 PBS，不在此 pH 范围的缓冲液（如醋酸缓冲液）可能适用，但是孵育时间或酶量需要根据实际情况进行优化。注意事项为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。本产品仅作科研用途！

生物活性

≥20 KU/mL，单位定义：10 μl的反应体系中，37 °C 反应1小时从5 μg 人 IgG 中除去超过 95%的碳水化合物所需要的酶量。
