α1,3/4 岩藻糖苷酶，E.C.：3.2.1.111，来源于 Bifidobacterium bifidum，α1,3/4 岩藻糖苷酶是一种广泛特异性的外糖苷酶，可催化水解低聚糖和糖蛋白末端α1-3 和α1-4 连接的岩藻糖残基。反应式使用方法 1.在反应体系中依次加入底物，50 mM 醋酸钠, pH 5.5，加入 5 mM CaCl2混匀，加入适量 BbAfcB。 2.将样品置于 37℃孵育 2-4 小时或者过夜。【注】体系放大时候，孵育时间或酶量需要根据实际情况调整，可低速震荡混匀，可以增加转化率。注意事项为了您的安全和健康，请穿实验服并戴一次性手套操作。本产品仅作科研用途！

≥2U/mg protein，单位定义：37℃、pH6.0 条件下，总反应体积为10µl，1小时内将1μmol Galβ1,4(Fucα1,3)Glc 上岩藻糖水解所需的酶量定义为一单位。
