Can bind to the Fc region of IgG in humans and various animals (rabbits, rats, guinea pigs, cows, cats, mice, birds, sheep), but not to IgA and IgM. Used for immunoassay and IgG purification. This product has a His6 tag sequence at the N-terminus.
