公司生产的超快速 T4 DNA 连接酶，即 Instant T4 DNA Ligase，是 T4 DNA 连接酶的升级版本，可以快速高效催化粘端或平端双链 DNA 或 RNA 的 5'-P 末端和 3'-OH 末端之间以磷酸二酯键结合，该催化反应需 ATP 作为辅助因子。同时 Instant T4 DNA Ligase 可以修补双链 DNA、双链 RNA 或 DNA/RNA 杂合双链中的单链缺刻(single-strand nicks)。纯度（Purity）: 不含 DNA 内切酶、外切酶和磷酸酯酶，不含 RNA 酶，满足常规连接反应要求。组分和说明 rp224201

生化机理

DNA ligase, which is expressed in the early stage of lytic development, has been implicated in T4 DNA synthesis and genetic recombination. It may also play a role in T4 DNA repair.

生物活性

One unit is defined as the amount of enzyme required to give 50% ligation of HindIII fragments of λ DNA in 30min at 16℃ in 20µl of the assay mixture containing 50mM Tris, pH7.5, 10mM MgCl2, 10mM DTT, 1mM ATP, 25µg/ml BSA and a 5'-DNA termini concentration of 0.12µM (300µg/ml).200U equals 1 Weiss unit， Based on Weiss unit, the packaging of this product is 200U and 1000U respectively.
