产品原理 rAsp-N 蛋白酶是重组表达的金属蛋白酶，来源于Pseudomonas fragi菌。特异性裂解天冬氨酸(D)和半胱氨酸(C)的N端肽键。如果半胱氨酸还原或烷基化，仅-Asp-X裂解。用于蛋白测序表征和蛋白组学研究。 pH值范围：在PH7.5-8.5 时，rASp-N具有最佳活性。推荐SOP： -适用酶切缓冲溶液：20mmol Tris，50mmoI ABC或HEPES缓冲液；pH值在7-8范围内。 -变性蛋白样品：按照1:10/50蛋白酶和蛋白量使用，酶切反应蛋白浓度控制在0.2-0.5μg/μl,37°C干浴孵育2小时。

生化机理

Metalloprotease, specifically cleaves on the N-terminal side of aspartyl, glutamyl and cysteic acid residues. Cleavage of Xaa-|-Asp, Xaa-|-Glu and Xaa-|-cysteic acid bonds.
