本试剂盒提供了一种简便快捷的Tricine-PAGE凝胶快速制备方案，专为Tris-Tricine电泳系统设计，主要用于小分子量蛋白(2-40kDa)检测，适用于Tricine-PAGE凝胶电泳，也可用于非变性的PAGE电泳。相较于传统制胶试剂盒，其优势显著： 1、一步制胶，高效便捷该试剂盒采用浓缩胶与分离胶分别预混的配方，仅需添加改良型促凝剂即可灌胶。灌完分离胶后，无需液封压平或等待凝胶，直接灌入浓缩胶即可。 2、无需添加TEMED，避免异味制胶过程无需添加TEMED，避免了刺激性气味的接触。 3、彩色上层胶，指示清晰采用彩色上层胶，不仅使点样孔清晰可见，还能区分不同样本的凝胶。染料稳定，不影响电泳及染色。 4、优良的分离效果电泳后蛋白条带平整、清晰、细腻、锐利，尤其对小分子蛋白质具有更佳的分辨能力。组分表：组分
