Payment method

At present, our company only implements cash on delivery for Guangdong Province. For each order, if the customer requires cash on delivery, it must be signed and confirmed by the person in charge of the unit or the teacher of the research group before our company can deliver the goods. After the customer receives the invoice, he must settle the payment within 7 working days to avoid affecting the reputation of your company. Company customers do not accept cash on delivery.

Is there any extra charge for cash on delivery?

No need, the courier fee will be charged like your normal use of ordinary courier.

Can it be opened for inspection? Can I reject it if I am not satisfied?

You can open the package to check whether the goods are in good condition when the courier is present. If you are not satisfied with the goods you received, you can choose to reject the entire package on the spot (at the same time, partial rejection is supported. If you need to return some goods, please take pictures of the rejected goods on site after signing for it and initiate a partial return).
