Return and exchange instructions

Dear customer,
Since the reagent products operated by this platform are special products, returns are generally not accepted. Therefore, please confirm with us before purchasing and accept the products in time when you receive them.

If you find that there are quality defects or close to the valid period after receiving the goods, please contact us as soon as possible (customers in the Pearl River Delta within 7 days after the goods are sold, and customers outside the Pearl River Delta within 5 days after receiving the goods). After confirmation by our company, return the goods to our company. At the same time, please keep the original packaging of the goods not damaged. This platform will exchange the goods or handle the return procedures for you.

If the company needs to exchange or return the goods for you outside the above time period due to your reasons, the platform will incur corresponding goods, documents and other loss costs. For this reason, the goods are generally recovered at a 70-80% discount on the amount of the returned goods;

If the customer orders the wrong goods or changes the experimental plan due to their own reasons, the drugs need to be exchanged or returned if they are not used. And if the order is within one month, if the drug amount is less than 500 yuan, a handling fee of 100 yuan will be charged; if the drug amount is greater than 1,000 yuan, a 20% handling fee will be charged.

Goods that are stained on the external packaging and cannot continue to be used for circulation will not be returned or exchanged.

Once the following products are sold, the company will not accept returns:
1. Order for your special projects (one in, one out, imported goods);
2. Goods whose outer packaging has been seriously contaminated or damaged and goods that have been unsealed;
3. The goods with quality and damage problems caused by improper storage or return for transportation;
4. Heat-afraid goods, volatile goods, expiration goods, fragile goods;
5. Precious metals and their compounds.

Except for the quality defects of the goods sold on this platform, the freight of returning the goods and the round-trip freight of changing the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
In case of special circumstances, we will handle it at our discretion, and this platform reserves the right of final interpretation.

Inquire about refund and time:

After you go through the return procedures and this platform receives your returned goods, we will directly transfer the balance of the payment discount for the returned goods (due to your reasons) to your account bank within 5-6 working days for return.
