Step 2: Adjust the electrolyte balance.
If the electrolytic cell is still in a deep iodine state, use a 50ul micro-sampler to extract 10ul of distilled water each time, wipe the needle with filter paper, press the start button, and inject it into the electrolytic cell below the liquid level several times through the hole in the middle of the injection cock. Inject at any time to observe the color change of the electrolyte at any time until the electrolyte turns light yellow. The green light of the measurement signal light and the electrolytic signal light is indicated, and the counter starts counting. (When the electrolyte is fresh and the cell bottle is dry, about 30~ 50ul of water needs to be injected.) When the counting stops, stop stirring again, pick up the electrolytic cell and shake it gently a few times, so that the water on the inner wall of the cell bottle is absorbed again, and the calibration can be carried out after the end point alarm. ( The electrolyte that has just been replaced is sometimes unstable. At this time, about 2 to 3ul of distilled water can be injected to make it count 2000 to 3000ug, which is convenient for faster stability.)
Step 3: Calibrate the micro moisture meter.
After the electrolyte is stabilized, use a 0.5ul micro-sampler to extract 0.3ul of distilled water, wipe the needle with filter paper, press the start button, inject it below the liquid level, the instrument starts counting, and reaches the end point. It shows 300 ± 30ug of water, calibrated 2 to 3 times in a row, and the count value is within the required range, indicating that the instrument is accurate. (Description: The error of the rapid moisture meter itself is not more than ± 0.3%, but considering that the micro-sampler has a ± 5% capacity error and human operation error, the allowable error is within ± 10% when calibrated with distilled water (100%).
