Open flash point tester needs attention
At present, the open flash point tester is a special instrument for the determination of oil products. During operation, there are eight points to note. Here we introduce to you:
1. Be sure to use a power socket with reliable grounding to power the instrument. During the test, there are hot topics near the oil cup and it is forbidden to touch it!
2. Someone must be on duty during the test. After the test, if the sample burns, cover the oil cup with the oil cup cover in time. The oil cup cover has a hot topic, and it is forbidden to touch it!
3. It is forbidden to turn the ignition and sweep rod with your hand, otherwise it will cause damage to the instrument
4. The instrument has an ignition device and is operated in a ventilated kitchen (do not turn on the fan) to prevent external airflow from causing test errors.
6. The temperature sensor is made of glass and should not be used in contact with other items.
7. Every time a sample is changed, the opening cup should be cleaned, and there should be no other items spaced between the opening cup and the heater to maintain good heat conduction.
8. Do not press or lift the test head with your hands or other items, and do not push or pull the ignition rod with your hands to avoid mechanical damage.
