  Due to the ubiquity of bacteria, the entire culture process must be carried out according to the requirements of aseptic operation from the time of preparation of the culture medium, otherwise the contamination of the specimen by external bacteria will lead to wrong results; and once the cultured pathogenic bacteria contaminate the environment, it will cause cross-infection.
  For cultures conducted for the purpose of disease diagnosis, appropriate specimens (blood, urine, stool, pus, secretions, etc.) should be selected, and the results should be interpreted in light of the clinical situation.
  Take the photosynthetic bacteria culture method as an example. The method of photosynthetic bacteria culture is divided into four steps in sequence: disinfection of containers and tools, preparation of culture medium, inoculation and culture management.
