Look at the appearance and check the quality.
Check the appearance quality of the product. Tempered glass should not have cracks, missing corners; burst edges and scratches should not exceed the requirements of GB15763.2-2005 standard. At the same time, the quality of the original glass used in the production of tempered glass should meet the requirements of the corresponding product standards, and the appearance quality defects of tempered glass caused by the inherent defects of the original glass should meet the requirements of the corresponding product standards.
In addition, check the flatness of the flat tempered glass. For flat tempered glass products, the GB15763.2-2005 standard requires that the bow curvature should not exceed 0.3% and the waveform curvature should not exceed 0.2%.
Look at the logo and check the certificate.
Since the safety glass product certification was launched in 2003, most of the country's construction tempered glass manufacturers have passed the product certification. Enterprises must silk-screen or paste the 3C logo on the product body for sale, or add the 3C logo on its smallest outer packaging and accompanying documents (such as certificates of conformity). When purchasing a product, first check whether there is a 3C logo, and check whether the manufacturer of the product has passed the mandatory product certification (with a 3C certificate and valid) through the Internet according to the enterprise information, factory number or product certification certificate. Whether the model specification of the product is within the scope of the company's ability to pass the compulsory certification, and whether the certification certificate status is valid.
Check the inspection report of the product
Tempered glass for construction, as a product that affects personal and property safety, has always been listed as the focus of government supervision and inspection, and regular manufacturers are inspected by the supervision department on a regular basis. Therefore, the production enterprise should be able to provide the inspection report issued by the quality inspection department, otherwise, there is no basis for the quality of the product.
Cleaning and maintenance of tempered glass
Tempered glass is more and more popular because of its heat resistance, wear resistance, scratch resistance, impact resistance, easy cleaning and maintenance, and crystal transparency. The maintenance skills for tempered glass dining tables should start from the following aspects:
1. Avoid exposure to sun and rain. Because the edge seal seam is easy to crack, the substrate will expand and deform. If this happens, it can only be sent back to the factory for repair.
2. Always keep it clean and be sure to prevent pollution and mildew. If mildew is found, it should be moved to a ventilated place and blanched with an electric iron for 2-3 minutes in the place with mildew until the mildew disappears;
3. Remember not to bump into the glass surface with force at ordinary times. When placing things on it, handle it with care. In order to prevent scratches on the glass surface, it is best to lay a tablecloth on the stage.
4. When tea falls on the dining table, it should be dried in time, otherwise, it will leave very ugly stains over time. If there are stains, you can sprinkle some water on the dining table, wipe it with tin foil in the cigarette case, and finally scrub it with water to wash off the tea stains;
5. Using plastic wrap and a damp cloth sprayed with detergent can also make oily glass "reborn". First, spray the glass fully with detergent, then stick plastic wrap to soften the solidified oil stains. After ten minutes, tear off the plastic wrap and wipe it with a damp cloth. To keep the glass clean and bright, you must clean it often. If there are handwriting on the glass, you can rub it with a rubber soaked in water, and then wipe it with a damp cloth. If there is paint on the glass, you can wipe it with cotton dipped in hot vinegar. Wipe the glass with a clean dry cloth dipped in alcohol to make it as bright as crystal.
6. During daily cleaning, wipe it with a wet towel or newspaper. In case of stains, you can use a towel dipped in beer or warm vinegar to wipe it off. In addition, you can also use the glass cleaning agent currently sold on the market. Avoid cleaning with a solution with strong acidity and alkalinity. The glass surface is prone to frost in winter. You can use a cloth dipped in concentrated salt water or Baijiu to wipe it, and the effect is very good.
7. If there is a patterned frosted glass, you can use a toothbrush dipped in detergent to wipe the stains.
8. Avoid cigarette burning, otherwise it will leave scorch marks. If the scorch marks are only on the surface, you can wrap a layer of hard cloth on the toothpick to gently wipe the marks, and then apply a layer of wax to remove the scorch marks.
