Zhou Wenneng, Deputy Director of the Basic Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Wu Boer, Deputy Director of the National Science and Technology Book and Documentation Center, President of the China Academy of Metrology (hereinafter referred to as "China Metrology Institute"), Fu Yajie, Deputy Director of the Yunnan Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau, the relevant person in charge of the Science and Technology Department and the Metrology Department of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and the relevant experts of the National Science and Technology Basic Conditions Platform Center. More than 80 people attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by the person in charge of the standard platform and researcher Li Hongmei of the China Metrology Institute.
The direction gave a report entitled "Value defines the world" at the conference. He pointed out that in the era of "big data" and "Internet +", metrology is facing new opportunities and challenges. The China Metrology Institute will strive to cooperate with relevant departments in various industries to establish a flat value transmission system to support the development of Industry 4.0.
With the title "Analysis of the Status Quo and Development Trend of Reference Materials at Home and Abroad", Li Hongmei analyzed the development trend of reference materials in simple terms from the importance of the traceability system of chemical composition measurement and the status quo of research and development and management of reference materials at home and abroad, and put forward targeted and guiding suggestions on how to establish a chemical measurement traceability system in our country in line with international standards.
The 19 participating units of the platform from the fields of metrology, geology, iron and steel, building materials, food and medicine, coal, and nanomaterials had a full exchange and discussion on the progress of this year's work, the demand for reference materials during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period of the industry, and the work plan for the next year, and put forward suggestions on the organization and management of the platform.
This conference systematically sorted out the development status of standard materials in various industries and analyzed the future research and application trends of standard materials. The participating units deepened their understanding of the work of the platform by in-depth studying the relevant policies and plans of the National Science and Technology Basic Conditions Platform. The conference played a positive role in promoting the clarification of work priorities of all units, better participation in the construction of the platform, and jointly promoting the formation of the "large-scale metrology pattern" in the field of chemical measurement during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period.
