Magnetic Bead Plasmid Extraction Kit

The optimized SDS-alkali lysis method is used to lyse cells and remove impurities such as inhibitors efficiently. The light-based magnetic beads can bind specifically to the nucleic acid in the solution through hydrophobic interaction, hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interaction at high salt and low pH value, without binding to other impurities (proteins), and quickly separate plasmid DNA from the sample. Purified plasmid DNA can be directly used for enzymatic digestion, PCR, sequencing, ligation, transformation, and transfection of some conventional biological experiments such as cell passage.
