usage
Weigh 23.5 grams of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 1000ml distilled water, pack it separately, autoclave it at 121 ° C for 15 minutes, and cool it to 45-50 ° C for use.
Pouring method:

Coating method:

Incubate at 36 ° C for 24-48 hours for counting.
Operation steps
