　　PYG液体　　用途:用于双歧杆菌的增菌培养。
　　成分(g/520ml)
　　蛋白胨              20.0
　　葡萄糖               5.0
　　酵母浸粉            10.0
　　氯化钠              0.08
　　半胱氨酸盐酸盐       0.5
　　氯化钙             0.008
　　硫酸镁             0.008
　　磷酸氢二钾          0.08
　　碳酸氢钠             0.4
　　pH值7.2 ± 0.1      25℃
　　用法
　　称取本品 36.1g,加热溶解于520ml 蒸馏水中,115℃高压灭菌 15 分钟,冷至 50℃左右时,加入过滤除菌的维生素 K1溶液 0.5ml 和氯化血红素溶液(5mg/ml ) 2.5ml,混匀,备用。
　　注:维生素 K1 溶液配制方法:称取维生素 K1 1g ,加入无水乙醇 99ml,过滤除菌。氯化血红素溶液配制方法:称取氯化血红素 0.5g 溶于1mol/L 氢氧化钠溶液 1ml 中加蒸馏水至 100ml ,121℃高压灭菌,冰箱保存。
