　　用法
　　称取本品70克，再吸取吐温-80 1ml,加热溶解于1000ml蒸馏水中，分装三角瓶，115℃高压灭菌20分钟，备用。
　　质量控制和典型特征：
　　将厌氧罐置36℃±1℃温箱内培养72h±3h双歧杆菌典型特征为菌落中等大小，表面光滑、凸起，边缘整齐呈奶油色，质地柔软、细腻。
