　　用法
　　称取本品 58.54g,加热溶解于1000ml 蒸馏水中,分装,每瓶 200ml,121℃高压灭菌15 分钟,冷至 45-50℃时,每200ml 培养基中加入一支CIN 培养基添加剂,混匀,倾入无菌平皿,备用。
