Introduction

The Mall is an account registration, login and management service provided by the Scientific Grain Officer (LABdr) Mall, namely Choco Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Mall" or "us").

You have the right to choose whether to provide this information, but in most cases, if you do not provide it, we may not be able to provide you with corresponding services or respond to your problems.

We will only collect and use the personal information you provide for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We may process your relevant personal information in specific ways for the purpose of providing the following service functions, including:

1. Provide account basic functions

(1) Register or log in

You need to provide us with your mobile phone number or email address as your mall account name when registering. At the same time, you can also set a password for your mall account. Your account and password will be encrypted and stored on the server. It is recommended that you keep your password information properly to prevent your mall account from being stolen by others. After you successfully register a mall account, you can log in to the mall with your mall account at any time.

To provide a convenient login experience, you can choose to automatically fill in your mobile phone number when registering or logging in. To do this, we need to obtain your SIM card IMSI, ICCID, device model, system version information, and networking status. The above functions may require you to enable your network permissions and WLAN status permissions to us in your device to realize the collection and use of information involved in these functions.

(2) Perfect account information

In the process of using the various services we provide, you can obtain better service and experience by improving basic information such as avatar, nickname, gender, etc. If you do not provide it, it will not affect the basic functions of the mall account.

2. Functions necessary to ensure registration and login security

In order to improve the security of your system when using our products and/or services, more accurately prevent phishing website fraud and protect account security, we will also verify your identity by text message, email, password or password.

For risk control purposes, we will also collect your registration/login time, device-related information (such as device IMEI/OAID (on Android Q), device model, operating system version), Bluetooth address, network information (such as WLAN SSID, commonly used login IP address). For this purpose, we need to obtain your device information permission and collect your device IMEI/OAID to ensure the security of your registration or login environment. In addition, we will also provide your mobile phone number to third parties (such as mobile phone number risk level database, operator's secondary number checking service) for verification to ensure the security of your account.

(2) You can choose whether to authorize us to collect and use your personal information

In order to improve your experience of using the mall account, we may collect and use your personal information in the following additional functions. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still use the Xiaomi account, but you may not be able to use these additional functions.

For example, you authorize the third-party account to bind the mall account and log in to use the mall's services or authorize the import of your information on the third-party platform such as avatar and nickname; for risk control purposes, we will check the security of your mobile phone number through third parties (such as mobile phone number risk level database, operator's secondary number check service) to understand whether your current registration/login environment is safe.

(5) Non-personal information

We may also collect other information that does not identify a particular individual (i.e. information that is not personal information), such as statistical data generated when you use a particular service, such as login/exit records, interaction records or error records when you use the Mall account service. The purpose of collecting such information is to improve the services we provide to you. The type and amount of information collected depends on how you use our products and/or services. We aggregate such information. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, aggregate data is considered non-personal information. If we use non-personal information in combination with personal information, such information will be considered personal information during the combination.

How do we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information?

Whenever you log in to the Mall as a Mall account user, especially on someone else's computer or public Internet end points, you should always log out at the end of the session.

We are not responsible for security lapses caused by third parties accessing your personal information due to your failure to keep your personal information private. Notwithstanding the above, you should notify us immediately in the event of any other unauthorized use of your account by any Internet user or any other security bugs.

(III) Retention policy

We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected as described in this Privacy Policy, or to comply with applicable legal requirements. We will stop retaining personal information and delete or anonymize it after completing the purpose for which it was collected, or after we confirm your request for deletion or deletion, or after we cease to operate the corresponding products and/or services. Before canceling, please confirm that the relevant services of the mall account have been properly handled, otherwise we cannot support your cancellation request immediately. To ensure that the user himself applies for cancellation of the account, we may collect and verify your personally identifiable information (such as the mobile phone number bound to the mall account) to verify your identity. We strictly abide by the provisions of laws and administrative regulations on personal information protection. The above information is only used for this account cancellation service.

In particular, it is irreversible for you to cancel your mall account. Once you cancel your mall account, you will not be able to use our mall. We will delete or anonymize all information about your mall account. It is recommended that you choose to cancel carefully.

How do we protect the personal information security of minors?

We value and care about the protection of minors' personal information. We do not knowingly and unauthoritatively collect minors' personal information. If we find that minors' personal information has been collected without the prior consent of a verifiable parent or guardian, we will try to delete the relevant information as soon as possible.
