The Scientific Grain Official Platform hereby reminds users to read the terms of this Agreement carefully. You have the right to accept or not accept this Agreement. Unless you accept the terms of this Agreement, you have no right to use Scientific Grain Official Points. Your use of Scientific Grain Official Points will be regarded as acceptance of this Agreement and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
First, what is the scientific grain officer mall points?
Scientific Grain Officer Points is a kind of transaction-friendly green service feedback from Scientific Grain Officer to users (except agreement customers). Scientific Grain Officer users (except agreement customers) can obtain points through account registration, product purchase consumption, and related points activities. Points can be exchanged for gifts or deducted from the order amount in the Scientific Grain Officer Points Mall.
Integral valid period
The valid period of Scientific Grain Officer points is 1 year, that is, 365 days (including 100 points presented by new user registration). If it is overdue, it will be invalid and cleared. The expiration time is 0:00 on the day of the next year. The specific points valid period rules are formulated by the Scientific Grain Officer platform and have the final interpretation right.
III. How to obtain points
1. New user registration: New user registration will get 100 points upon successful registration.
2. Consumption points: Users can get 1 point for every 1 yuan spent when purchasing Scientific Grain Officer series brand products or services in the official mall of Scientific Grain Officer.
3. Activity points: The Scientific Grain Officer will push corresponding points activities on the official website from time to time. At that time, please refer to the activity rules displayed in the official mall.
IV. Integral inquiry method
Users can log in to the Scientific Grain Officer platform and check your points in "My Account - My Points" or directly click "My Points" in the navigation bar in the upper right corner of the mall; in "My Account - Points Change Details", you can view the points expiration time corresponding to each order.
V. Rules for the use of points
1. Scientific Grain Officer Points Mall provides gifts that can be used for point redemption. Gifts are adjusted at any time due to factors such as the number of goods. For specific gift information, please refer to the actual delivery. Some gift colors and suits are randomly sent.
2. Scientific Grain Officer points can also be used to pay for orders, each 100 points = 1 yuan, and orders paid with points (only the part of the order that the user redeems with points) will not be counted in points again.
3. Scientific Grain Officer points are deducted or exchanged with 100 as the minimum unit.
4. Scientific Grain Officer points cannot be directly exchanged for cash.
5. For gifts exchanged by points in the points mall, if the order only includes the points mall gift order, no freight will be charged; if the order also includes the scientific grain officer mall series brand products or consumables, testing services and other items, the freight will be charged according to the product freight rules; if the order only includes testing service items, no freight will be charged.
6. Scientific Grain Officer points can only be used in the official mall of Scientific Grain Officer. If the user account is cancelled, Scientific Grain Officer will cancel the relevant use rights and interests of the points in the account.
7. Scientific Grain Officer Points, as a grateful friendly green feedback, are only available to users who have obtained points and cannot be transferred.
8. All products in the Scientific Grain Officer Points Mall do not enjoy the same discount system as reagents, consumables and other products.
Six, points return rules
1. Use the Scientific Grain Officer points to exchange gifts in the points mall. The points consumed do not provide operation correction and point return services; if the gifts are not shipped, the user can apply for the cancellation of the entire order and the points to be returned.
2. Use the Scientific Grain Officer points to deduct the order amount of reagents, consumables or testing services in the mall. If the entire order is cancelled, the points will be returned; otherwise, the points will not be returned.
Gift delivery and after-sales issues:
1. For successfully redeemed points gifts, order processing and delivery services are usually carried out within 10 working days after the user submits the redemption application.
2. Delayed delivery or failure to deliver due to unknown address, error or change not notified in time or no one receiving the goods, mobile phone number not reserved or wrong reasons shall be the responsibility of the redeemer. This points mall is not responsible for issuing redemption gifts again, and will not refund the corresponding scientific grain officer points.
3. All redemption gifts in the points mall are directly supplied by the Wami Health Times-Tonic Series, that is, the brand of JD.com store. The Scientific Grain Officer does not provide any form of guarantee and commitment for its quality, quantity, style, color, after-sales services and other issues. When there are non-human problems such as quality of the goods and the user needs to return or exchange the goods (within 3 days of receiving the goods), you can contact the customer service of the Scientific Grain Officer for return and exchange consultation of relevant gifts (gifts of the same kind or gifts of equal value).
4. After the product is signed for, there is a quality problem during normal use. If there is a quality problem during the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer or maintenance station directly according to the method indicated in the product warranty card or manual and other relevant materials.
Privacy protection
1. Respecting and protecting the privacy of user information resources is the consistent principle of the Scientific Grain Officer. The Scientific Grain Officer will take reasonable measures to protect users' information resources. Except for legal or government requirements or user consent, the Scientific Grain Officer will not disclose or disclose user information resources to third parties other than cooperative units (except as otherwise agreed between the user and the Scientific Grain Officer and cooperative units on the disclosure or use of user information resources). IX. Disclaimer

X. Supplementary Provisions
1. The conclusion, implementation and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by Chinese law.
2. The invalidity of any provision of this Agreement in part or in whole shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
3. If there is any dispute between the two parties regarding the content of this Agreement or its implementation, the two parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation; if the negotiation fails, either party shall file a lawsuit with the court where the Scientific Grain Officer is located.
4. If the user logs in to this website, it means that the user will abide by the above rules and fully comply with the operating regulations of the Scientific Grain Officer.
