13（R）-HODE是亚油酸与大豆脂氧合酶温育时产生的13-HODE的对映异构体。培养的牛内皮细胞的上清液和膜中13（R）-HODE的存在已归因于COX代谢。13（R）-HODE是U-46619诱导的血小板聚集的弱抑制剂（IC | 50 | = 2.7 µM）。 13(R)-HODE is an enantiomer of 13-HODE produced when linoleic acid is incubated with soybean lipoxygenase. The existence of 13(R)-HODE in the supernatants and membranes of cultured bovine endothelial cells has been attributed to COX metabolism. 13(R)-HODE is a weak (IC|50|= 2.7 μM) inhibitor of U-46619-induced platelet aggregation.
