FABP-IN-1 (Compounds 4b) is a high affinity fatty acid binding protein (FABP) inhibitor. FABP-IN-1 inhibits FABP3 , FABP5 , and FABP7 with K i values of 0.69 μM, 0.55 μM and 0.67 μM, respectively.
