Information Ligandrol (LGD-4033) Ligandrol (LGD-4033, VK-5211) is a novel nonsteroidal, oral selective androgen receptor modulator with high affinity (Ki of ∼1 nM) and selectivity. Targets Androgen Receptor (Cell-free assay) 1 nM(Ki) In vivo In animal models, LGD-4033 has demonstrated anabolic activity in the muscle, anti-resorptive and anabolic activity in bone, and robust selectivity for muscle versus prostate. LGD-4033 is safe and well tolerated at all doses and displays a prolonged elimination half-life (24-36 hours) and linear PK.
