NNK 是一种尼古丁亚硝化衍生物。NNK 通过激活 ERK1/2 和 PKCα，同时在 Ser70 刺激 Bcl2 磷酸化，以及在Thr58 和 Ser62 刺激 c-Myc。NNK 能诱导人肺癌细胞的存活和增殖。NNK 可用于构建肺癌小鼠模型。 Product Describtion: NNK is a nitrosate derivative of nicotine. NNK activates ERK1/2 and PKC α， Simultaneously stimulating Bcl2 phosphorylation in Ser70 and c-Myc in Thr58 and Ser62. NNK can induce the survival and proliferation of human lung cancer cells. NNK can be used to construct a lung cancer mouse model.
