Nexinhib20 significantly inhibits superoxide anion production. Nexinhib20 efficiently decreases exocytosis of azurophilic granules in neutrophils stimulated with fMLP, GM-CSF or both. Nexinhib20 has a significant anti-inflammatory activity.
