PTP抑制剂IV是一种不带电荷的1,4-二取代，苯基连接的双三氟甲基磺酰胺基（TFMS）磷酸酯模拟物，可作为有效的，可逆的，竞争性的和主动位点的蛋白质酪氨酸磷酸酶抑制剂。PTP抑制剂IV是PTPβ，PTPε，PTPμ，PTPσ，PTP-MEG，PTP1B和SH-PTP2的抑制剂。 PTP Inhibitor IV is an uncharged, 1,4-di-substituted, phenyl-linked bis-trifluoromethylsulfonamido (TFMS) phosphate mimetic which acts as a potent, reversible, competitive, and active-site directed inhibitor of protein tyrosine phosphatases. PTP Inhibitor IV is an inhibitor of PTP β, PTP ε, PTP μ, PTP σ, PTP-MEG, PTP1B and SH-PTP2.
