盐酸卡舒霉素是一种氨基糖苷类抗生素，可有效抑制革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性细菌并阻止翻译起始。盐酸卡舒霉素在较小程度上还抑制植物致病微生物。研究表明，盐酸卡舒霉素可以与30s核糖体亚基结合，从而间接抑制P位点tRNA结合，并阻止蛋白质合成。 Kasugamycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that potently inhibits both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria and blocks translation initiation. To a weaker extent, Kasugamycin also inhibits phytopathogenic microbes. Research shows that Kasugamycin can associate with the 30s ribosomal subunit, which results in the indirect inhibition of the P-site tRNA binding, and blocks protein synthesis.
