Dequalinium Chloride 是 Apamin (HY-P0256) 敏感型的钾离子通道选择性阻断剂。Dequalinium Chloride 是一种阳离子、亲脂性线粒体毒物。 Dequalinium chloride is an Apamin (HY-P0256)-sensitive potassium channel selective blocker. Dequalinium chloride is a cationic, lipophilic mitochondrial poison. Dequalinium Chloride is a PKC inhibitor with an IC50 of 7-18 μM as well as a selective bee venom peptide-sensitive potassium channel blocker with an IC50 of 1.1 μM. Application： Dequalinium chloride may be used as a pharmaceutical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in pharmaceutical formulations by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). These Secondary Standards are qualified as Certified Reference Materials. These are suitable for use in several analytical applications including but not limited to pharma release testing, pharma method development for qualitative and quantitative analyses, food and beverage quality control testing, and other calibration requirements.
