TNF-α抑制剂是一种细胞可渗透的吲哚基-色酮化合物，据报道可通过与TNF-α三聚体非共价结合而迅速失活TNF-α，促进亚基解离并阻止TNF-α与其受体结合。另外据报道在HeLa细胞中选择性抑制TNF-α-，但不抑制IL-1β诱导的Iκβ-α降解。 TNF-α Inhibitor is a cell-permeable indolyl-chromenone compound reported to rapidly inactivate TNF-α via non-covalently binding to the TNF-α trimer, promoting subunit dissociation and preventing TNF-α binding to its receptor. Additionally reported to selectively inhibit TNF-α-, but not IL-1β-induced Iκβ-α degradation in HeLa cells.
