产品应用： Boc-NH-PEG3-Tos是一种单分散PEG连接剂，可作为PROTAC连接剂。PROTACs包含两个由连接体连接的不同配体;一个是E3泛素连接酶，另一个是目标蛋白。PROTACs使用细胞内泛素-蛋白酶体系统选择性地降解目标蛋白。 Product Application: Boc-NH-PEG3-Tos is a monodisperse PEG linker, which can act as PROTAC linkers. PROTACs contain two different ligands linked by a linker; one for the E3 ubiquitin ligase and the other for the target protein. PROTACs use the intracellular ubiquitin-proteasome system to selectively degrade the target protein.
