5,6-二甲基呫吨酮-4-乙酸（DMXAA）是一种黄酮乙酸衍生物。可作为血管破坏剂（VDA）起作用，破坏肿瘤血管系统并产生抗肿瘤免疫应答。能引起出血性坏死。用途： 5,6-二甲基呫吨酮-4-乙酸（DMXAA）用于以干扰素基因刺激因子（STING）依赖的方式诱导 I 型 IFN 信号传导。在未感染的情况下，也用于研究 STING 依赖性信号传导。 5,6-dimethylxanthenone-4-acetic acid (DMXAA) is a flavone acetic acid derivative. It acts as a vascular disrupting agent (VDA), which damages tumor vasculature and stimulates an anti-tumor immune response. It stimulates hemorrhagic necrosis. An apoptosis inducer for proteomics research.
